Payment for classes can be made with cheque, cash or Interact email money transfers to smallvictoryfarm@hotmail.com.

Online entries will be accepted but will not be added to the final show list until payment is made in full.


Waiver

Please print, fill out and sign the mandatory waiver, found here. The waiver can be submitted in person, or you can scan and upload it below.

Show Registration Information
  1. Entries close 5pm on the Friday one week before the competition, after which late entries, if space is available, are $5.00 extra per Class.
  2. We cannot guarantee a place in the competition before the close of entry, but there will be a waiting list. A stamped addressed envelope should be included so that your entry can be returned if you indicate that you do not wish to be added to the Waiting List if Classes are full or if weather conditions force us to cancel the show. Entries will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
  3. Classes will run in our outdoor arenas. Dressage shows will be in 20×40 ring for all tests.
  4. Change of horse or rider must be notified to the secretary at least 20 minutes before the start of the class or the entry will become void. Change of both horse and rider is not allowed.
  5. Those who withdraw in writing before the closing date will have their entry fee, less an administration fee of $5 per Class refunded. Entry fees in any other circumstances will not be refunded unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient entries or inclement weather.
  6. Telephone will not be accepted. Online entries will be accepted but will not be added to the final show list until payment is made in full. Entry forms are available on the website.

Day-Of Information
  1. Trailer parking in the field off to the right of the driveway unless it’s too wet. Then you will be directed.
  2. Casual, neat attire, boots with heels and helmets must be worn in all classes.
  3. Correctly fitting hard hat must be worn by all riders, whether competing or not, at all times whilst mounted at Small Victory Farm.
  4. No stallions except by permission.
  5. The organizers will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or injury to any person or their property however this may be caused.
  6. OEF membership is required to compete in the SVF Winter Schooling Series Shows
  7. EC Rules will be followed, some tack exceptions may apply at the discretion of organizers
  8. The judges’ and organizers’ decision is final.
  9. The organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule at any time.
  10. The organizers reserve the right to amalgamate or cancel classes with insufficient entries or inclement weather.
  11. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any class for whatever reason they deem necessary.
  12. No dogs allowed on premises
  13. Please keep horses in designated areas. Small Victory Farm will make every attempt to ensure that the parking areas are plowed and that trailers can get out easily. Please obey all parking signs and do not park where it is not indicated.
  14. Spectators are welcome but please keep children under close supervision.
